In this video we are keeping the foot movement very basic and adding a large variety of arm movements. There are lots of new boogie moves to ensure that you have fun.

Easy Fitness Series 5
3 - 15 Minute Chair Workouts
They are easy to follow and so much fun to do. Workouts 1 & 2 combine arm and leg movements that help with coordination, and mobility while helping with circulation. These are fun and gentle cardio workouts. In workout number 3 we add water bottle weights (or hand weights) to condition the upper body.
Video 1: Works your arms, legs and core muscles. Simple combinations that are easy to learn. They will keep you interested, moving and having fun while you increase circulation and coordination.Â
Video 2: Works on flexibility, strength, and fun. This routine will stretch and strengthen all of your important muscles and I’ve included easy moves and muscle combinations that you will enjoy learning. I promise you will have fun!
Video 3: Here I’m using water bottles as weights, but you can use any size hand weights that are right for you. There’s a gentle warm-up that leads to a great upper body workout. We will work the arms, shoulders, and back while we work on stabilizing your core muscles. This is an easy and fun way to tone your upper body.Â

3 - 15+ Minute Workouts
This series gets your whole body moving. It includes an all-new countertop video that combines building your legs, glutes and core with cardio.Â
Video 1 - “Sit to Stand” Muscles and Cardio at the Countertop.
This workout takes place next to the countertop where we are working on the important “sit to stand” muscles. We work the legs, glutes and abdominals to further develop your core strength. This is a great cardio mix and mostly uses the countertop for extra support. Our countertop workouts have become very popular and this one has the perfect combination of muscle strength and cardio. It’s easy and fun for everyone!
Video 2 - Upper Body Mobility and Cardio.
In this 20 minute video, we are working on the arms, shoulders, neck and back. This is a gentle cardio that focuses on moving the arms in a large variety of movements that will increase flexibility and mobility in the upper body. We keep the footwork very basic so that we can concentrate on all of the important ranges of motion required to improve upper body agility. These movements can be done in a sitting position as well. You’ll love how this workout will make you feel!
Video 3 - “4 More 4 You” & Leg Strength Combo
This 15 minute video combines a “4 more 4 you” routine with intervals of leg strengthening exercises. It’s kind of an interval training session at a very basic level. Let’s mix dance moves, plus leg strength… that equals fun brain training and great cardio!
