Simple Keto Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ¾ cup flaxseed meal
- ½ cup psyllium husk powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 cup hot water
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, flaxseed meal, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and olive oil until smooth.
- Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
- Slowly pour in the hot water while stirring constantly until the dough becomes a smooth, slightly sticky mixture.
- Let the mixture rest for a few minutes until it thickens and becomes easier to handle.
- Grease a loaf pan with some olive oil or cooking spray.
- Transfer the bread dough to the pan and smooth out the top with a spatula or spoon.
- Bake the bread for 50-60 minutes, or until it is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve the keto bread warm or at room temperature, with your favorite toppings or as a side to your meal.
